By far the most complete Thailand travel guide available and, in my opinion, more entertaining than most of its competitors. Written by Charlotte Shalgoski, a skilled writer and expert in Asian culture, this 390-page travel guidebook explores Thailand from north to south, including a magnificent collection of color photographs.
The book includes the standard must-knows such as hotels, dining, beaches, monuments and cultural notes; I particularly liked the savvy tips for your treks through the jungle.
